How We Find the Cause
Per our scope rules section 5, our EV scope is: 12V battery, brakes, suspension, alignment, tires, A/C/climate, PPI, and supported diagnostic scans. EV brake systems wear differently due to regenerative braking , we inspect accordingly. EV thermal management (battery cooling loop) involves coolant systems that we can service when symptoms are coolant-related; high-voltage battery thermal management itself stays with the dealer.
What Not to Assume
An EV is not a gas car with a battery , it's a different vehicle. Mango's scope is the parts that overlap with conventional automotive expertise. High-voltage drive units, HV battery packs, fast-charge ports, and OTA software updates are dealer territory.

Will an EV warranty be voided by visiting us?
No, for the in-scope work we perform. EV manufacturer warranties cover the high-voltage powertrain , that's separate.
Why does my regenerative brake feel different from a normal brake?
Regen does most of the slowing at light pedal pressure; the friction brakes engage harder. EV brake pads often last longer because of this. We inspect pad wear and rotor condition specific to regen patterns.
