How We Find the Cause
A pre-purchase inspection finds what the seller didn't disclose. We perform a comprehensive inspection: engine running condition, scan for codes (active, pending, history), fluid condition, undercarriage inspection (rust, leaks, frame integrity, prior collision evidence), suspension condition, brake measurements, tire condition, electrical accessory function, A/C operation, and a road test. The deliverable is a written report.
What Not to Assume
A clean Carfax does not mean a clean vehicle. Carfax reports what was reported , many minor accidents and many flood vehicles are not on file. We inspect in person.

How long does a PPI take?
60-120 minutes typically. Complex vehicles or detailed scans take longer.
Can you do a PPI on a Tesla / EV?
Yes , see Tesla for scope. We cover 12V battery, brakes, suspension, alignment, A/C, tires, and a high-voltage system warning scan. We do not assess high-voltage battery pack state-of-health beyond what's in the OBD scan.
What if I'm buying out of state?
Many PPIs are arranged remotely , buyer pays, we inspect, written report goes to buyer. Mango is comfortable working with remote buyers.
Should I PPI before or during negotiation?
During , the inspection gives you leverage. Many sellers reduce price based on PPI findings.
