New tires do not solve underlying suspension or alignment problems , they wear out quickly if the root cause isn't fixed. A pull to one side after new tires usually means alignment was needed and skipped, or one of the new tires has a radial defect.

How often should I rotate tires?
Every 5,000-7,500 miles, or with each oil change. Helps even out wear.
Should I replace all four tires at once?
For AWD or 4WD, yes , mismatched tire diameters can damage the drivetrain. For 2WD, you can replace in pairs (same axle).
What's a "tire age" issue?
Tires older than 6 years dry-rot regardless of tread depth. Look at the DOT date code on the sidewall. We check tire age during inspection.
