Tesla Service And Repair, Done Right

Your Tesla deserves service that keeps it running right, without the dealership price tag or the dealership runaround. Whether it's a dead 12V battery, worn brakes, a suspension noise, or A/C that's stopped cooling, we apply the same standard: we figure out what's actually wrong before we touch a single part, and you decide what happens next. We service Tesla within a defined scope (see below), and eligible repairs in that scope are backed by our 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.

and tell us the symptom. We'll point you to the right service.

Common Tesla Service We Perform

Teslas come to us for a familiar set of jobs, and we know these platforms well. Common Tesla work includes 12V battery replacement (the single most common Tesla service event), brake service with attention to regenerative-braking wear, suspension and alignment, cabin A/C and climate diagnostics, tire installation, pre-purchase inspection, and warning-light triage.

Here's what matters: a warning light or a noise doesn't tell you the cost yet, the diagnosis does. We test the system that's actually involved, show you what we find, and let you decide from there, so you're approving the real fix and not the most expensive guess.

What To Expect When You Bring Us Your Tesla

This is where we're different from the typical shop. We built the whole process so you're never in the dark and never pressured:

And because your life doesn't stop when your car's in the shop, we offer complimentary both-way Lyft rides. Drop it off, we'll get you where you're going, and bring you back when it's ready.

Book or call. Tell us what's going on: the noise, the light, the leak, or just that it's due for service.

We find the cause first. We diagnose the system that's actually involved instead of throwing parts at a symptom.

We show you what we found and walk you through your options in plain language, what needs doing now and what can safely wait.

Why Drivers Choose Us For Their Tesla

We built the shop around your life, not just your car. From the first call to the keys back in your hand, you'll know exactly what's going on with your Tesla and what it's going to cost: clear estimates, plain language, and your sign-off before any work starts. No surprises, no pressure to fix what can wait.

When you drop your Tesla off, you're not stranded. Complimentary both-way Lyft rides mean you get on with your day while we get to work. And the visit itself isn't the usual grease-and-fluorescent-lights routine. We made the space somewhere you actually don't mind being.

Behind all of it: we're woman-owned, we find the cause before we quote the fix, and we back eligible repairs with our 5-year/60,000-mile warranty, one of the strongest you'll find at an independent shop anywhere. That's why drivers keep coming back, and keep sending us their families.

Some people drop the keys and keep moving; some settle in. Either way works here.

Keeping Your Tesla On The Road Longer

Teslas need less routine maintenance than a gas car, but they're not maintenance-free. Brake fluid still needs periodic service, cabin and A/C systems still need attention, tires wear faster on the heavier, torque-rich platforms and need rotation and alignment, and the 12V battery is a known wear item that strands cars when it fails. Staying ahead of these keeps small issues from becoming roadside ones.

Bring your Tesla in for routine service and we'll keep an eye on the wear items most likely to need attention next, so you're planning for service instead of being surprised by it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can you replace my Tesla 12V battery?

Yes, Tesla 12V batteries are a frequent failure point. We use the correct chemistry (lithium 12V on newer Models 3/Y; lead-acid on older platforms) and register it if required.

  • Will servicing here void my Tesla warranty?

No, Magnuson-Moss protects your right to use independent service for non-warranty work. For high-voltage powertrain warranty work, use Tesla Service.

  • Do you do Tesla brakes?

Yes, brake pads, rotors, calipers, fluid. Regen does most of the slowing on a Tesla, so brake pads can last 60,000-100,000+ miles. We measure and report.

  • Where can I get Tesla service near me?

Any of our locations across New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas, within the scope above.
