Will using a non-dealer shop void my warranty?
No (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act). We use the manufacturer's service schedule and OEM-spec parts so warranty coverage is preserved.
What's "severe service"?
Manufacturer-defined conditions including heat, dust, short trips, towing, and stop-and-go traffic. NM/AZ drivers often qualify.
Can I skip a service?
Some services have flexibility (oil at the upper end of the range with synthetic). Others (timing belt, brake fluid, coolant chemistry) should be done on schedule , failure modes are expensive.
Why is the 60K service so expensive?
It often includes plugs, fluid services on transmission and differential, timing belt (if applicable), and other items. Stacking these services saves labor versus doing them piecemeal.
