How We Find the Cause
EV diagnostics at Mango covers what's in-scope: 12V battery testing, supported scan of EV warning lights, hybrid battery state-of-charge scan, brake/suspension/A/C inspection, and 12V electrical system testing. We do NOT perform high-voltage diagnostic procedures requiring HV-isolated lift, dealer-only software, or contactor isolation.
What Not to Assume
An EV warning light does not always mean the high-voltage battery , most are 12V, software, or supporting-system issues that we can diagnose. Mango's scope is real: 12V, brakes, suspension, alignment, A/C, tires, PPI.

Do you work on the high-voltage battery?
No. High-voltage battery pack repair or replacement requires dealer-level tooling and HV isolation procedures not in our current scope.
Can you diagnose my Tesla's 12V issue?
Yes , 12V battery diagnostics and replacement is in scope.
Can you scan my EV/hybrid?
We scan supporting systems (climate, brakes, suspension, body, BMS where readable). High-voltage subsystem diagnostics that require manufacturer software are dealer-only.
Will I void my warranty by visiting us?
No , Magnuson-Moss covers your right to use independent service for non-warranty work. We will tell you when the dealer is the right call.
