Suspension Repair
Need Suspension Repair? We diagnose and handle suspension work across New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. We find the cause before we quote the fix and get your approval before any work begins, with eligible repairs backed by our 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.

How We Find the Cause
Suspension symptoms , clunks, pull, vibration, uneven tire wear , start with a road test. We listen for noise location, check tire wear patterns, inspect struts/shocks for leaks, check control arm bushings, sway bar end links, tie rods, ball joints, and strut mounts. A "dry park" check on a lift with the wheels off the ground rules out worn ball joints and tie rods. We measure wheel alignment angles before deciding what needs replacement.
What Not to Assume
A clunk over bumps does not always mean a strut , more often it's a sway bar end link, a strut mount, or a worn control arm bushing. A pull to one side does not always mean alignment , sometimes a worn ball joint or tie rod creates the same symptom. Uneven tire wear does not always mean alignment , sometimes it's worn suspension components allowing wheel position to drift.

Tell us the symptom. What you're noticing is where we start.
We find the cause. We inspect on a lift and road-test, checking struts, shocks, control arms, bushings, ball joints, and end links for play and wear.
We show you what we found. We show you which components are actually worn, so you're not replacing a whole assembly when one part is the issue.
You approve before any work begins. No surprise charges, ever.
We do the work right and back eligible repairs with our 5-year/60,000-mile warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to replace struts in pairs?
Strongly recommended. A new strut on one side and a worn strut on the other side creates uneven ride height and uneven cornering , and accelerated tire wear.
My car bounces a lot. Is that always the shocks?
Usually yes, but we verify with a bounce test (press down on the corner, count bounces) AND inspect for leaks at the strut body. Some struts fail without external leak.
What's the difference between control arm bushings and the whole control arm?
Bushings are press-in rubber/poly pieces. On some vehicles they can be replaced separately. On many modern vehicles the bushing is integrated with the arm and you replace the whole assembly. We identify what your platform supports.
Will an alignment fix uneven tire wear?
Only if the suspension is sound. Aligning a car with worn components is wasted money , the angles will drift. We check suspension condition before aligning.
