Conventional, synthetic, or full-synthetic?
Whatever the manufacturer specifies. Most modern vehicles require full-synthetic. Older vehicles built for conventional may run synthetic but it's not always required. We use what the platform calls for.
How often should I change my oil in NM/AZ heat?
Manufacturer interval is a baseline. Heat and dust shift you toward the lower end of the manufacturer's range. Towing or heavy idling shifts further.
Is the engine air filter the same as the cabin air filter?
No. Engine air filter cleans intake air. Cabin air filter cleans air entering the HVAC. Both need periodic replacement.
